The main aim of my diploma thesis is to create a concept of a vehicle which will benefit from advantages of utility vehicles and small urban cars . In my thesis I think about using of ecological materials, effective production technologies and requirements for car in present.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the first and last mile in urban transport. It generally defines the issues of the first and last mile and provides an overview of available solutions. At the same time, it briefly looks at the future in the form of autonomous management. The individual solutions are described and subsequently related to the continent of Europe. The next step is to map and analyse the available options in the Statutory City of Brno. The result of this work is an evaluation of current available solutions and a proposal for further solving the problem of the first and last mile.

Business Plan

The diploma thesis is focused on a composition of the business plan, which serves as a basis for establishing car sharing company. The thesis is consisted of three main parts, part theoretical, methodological and practical. The main purpose of the theoretical-methodological part is to explain the role, importance, structure and recommended process of designing business plans. Theoretical-methodological part also contains description of the tools of situation analysis, which are used in the practical part. The main goal of the thesis is to draw up the business plan of a fictitious company Sdílej auto, s.r.o., which operates on a market with car sharing services. In this part the basic market research was done, including PESTE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis, which allows to understand and evaluate the business environment. The practical feasibility of the plan is verified by financial plan.

Car Sharing as a Potential for Development of Individual Transport in Czech Republic

This master thesis deals with the unique idea of sharing vehicles called car sharing. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes the basic concept of car sharing as a concept of a new development of a lifestyle spread around the world. Car sharing is described as a source of new ecological and convenient way of transport. This paper looks at the history behind the carsharing, car sharing organizations model as part of different forms of carsharing, as well as benefits and environmental effects that are associated with this revelation. It describes a view of this concept in different countries in Europe and in the US. Focus is then made on the situation in Czech republic, more specifically on the first carsharing company Autonapul on the czech market. Practical part emphasizes carsharing situation in Czech republic, providing list of different car companies on the market. It looks at situation in the capital city, Prague, and suggests the new marketing strategy for the oldest company.

The Carsharing system and its use in the Czech Republic (South Bohemia)

SUMARRY The theme of this bachelor thesis is ?The Car Sharing? which is one of the options how to reduce individual automobile transport. In the second part of this work the Car Sharing is applied to the selected region. Primarily the study of individual automobile transport contributed to the successful analysis, which showed the need to ponder on this issue. It is important to seek alternatives to reduce the adverse effects of automobile transport. The car sharing system sounds like very promising alternative that could be spread across the Czech Republic in the future. This would help reduce negative influence of the transport. Application of the system, which is described in the fourth chapter, could be the solution. The region which was selected for this project is one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Czech Republic. This suggested service would help those who not own the car.
